I am disappointed that, despite providing photographic evidence to Booking.com, the property denied these issues rather Positive: The apartment itself was modern and in a good location close to local amenities, shops and the beach. Check-in was straightforward and the apartment had everything required for a self-catering stay. Negative: Avoid!!!! Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by issues that were not disclosed before booking. Major renovation works were taking place throughout the complex, with loud construction noise beginning at approximately 7:30 a.m. each morning. The swimming pool area was partially closed while builders were carrying out renovation work, and there were materials and construction activity around the complex. The lifts were also out of service during my stay, which caused particular difficulty due to my mobility issues. Had these matters been disclosed before I booked, I would have chosen alternative accommodation. I raised these concerns with Booking.com and supplied photographic evidence, but the property disputed that any renovation works or lift closures existed despite my evidence.please get clarification on this building site before booking, and communicate through the booking.com messaging service as the owner will call you a liar!!!
