Positive: Very clean and exceptionally cleAn with good kitchen appliances.
Great bathroom!
Negative: The noice outside of the other people in apartments in the blocks was very bad even till after midnight some nights.
Also the noice of cats in the garden was very bad. We had to keep windows shut and AC on the be able to sleep.
